Backstepping control of three‐degree‐of‐freedom hybrid magnetic bearing based on non‐linear disturbance observer

چکیده
A backstepping controller based on a non-linear disturbance observer (NDOB) was created to enhance the dynamic performance and reliability of three-degree-of-freedom hybrid magnetic bearings. After structure bearings is introduced, mathematical model established, equation state derived by equivalent circuit technique. Based model, designed used predict system disturbance, control algorithm compensated. To verify effectiveness proposed controller, proportion integration differentiation NDOB were compared simulation experiment. Results show that has better robustness.
